magic_man_531
I can go upwards of 130 pounds without working on them too much. Thumbless I can do around 140-150 depending on the day and how my hands are feeling. I lift on a 2.5 inch off centered bar. It's the Holle-It Up Dumbell which is suppose to replicate the inch better because it wants to roll out of your hands, due to the off cente le. amaury
At the moment I like to do timed holds with 110pounds on my 2.5'. 5/6 holds per workout, 2 or 3 workouts a week. Seems to work fine (time will tell). I just do some light sledge workouts and some squeezes on grippers aside. The idea is to lift the DB with no tilt and with the forearms not braced against the plates - to imitate an Inch lift as much as possible. Cheers, A.
