quazimodo
pic1 pic2 pic3 pic4 Decided to make some loading pins at my workshop and thought I'd make a thick dumbell handle too, this thing ROCKS. The person I train with and myself hadn't used a thick bar before, let alone an off center one. It is so different from normal grip work we do... love it~ Edited July 27, 2006 by quazimodo

quazimodo
2 inch, didnt have any thicker. Takes the old york small hole plates, the bar is a bit small for the "standard" plates you would buy now (in aus that is). Im going to make a few more of these :/
