Teemu I
I've been able to no set-close #3 for some time allready, but everytime I've tried to get that on video I've screwed it up somehow...mostly trouble keeping my hand on the camera. But here it is: No Set Close #3. It's in quicktime format.

ObsceneJester
Way to go man.. I've been keeping up with your log and I might have to start the same thing you do.. you are closing these grippers really fast
Teemu I
Thanks guys for the nice words! ObsceneJester: might be a bit tricky to "do what I do", because I go by the feel...but still I include all the basic methods I know by now to my training. Besides I focus on grippers really intensely at the moment, because I'm about to try IM certification by the end of this month. I wouldn't train like that all the time. viper
sweet think ill have a vid of tns #3 soon, just got another one, its loads easier than my 1st #3, the mount is much higher (the other mount was very low), this new one is pretty much a normal #3 as far as i can tell, its a bit harder than my rb210, which are supposed to be 2.7-2.9? but if this is normal #3 then my other is like 3.5 with loads of seasoning...no wonder i can rep the #2 for 30! would have a much better grip by now if i didnt get given that monster
