Closes The Bbsm Yesterday

Yesterday afternoon when I was just ready with about a half hour grip training, the mailman arrived with a package :erm It was my brand new BB Super Master, but I was totally wasted, so I just layed it on my desk.

Yesterday evening, that thing was staring at me ... and I showed him who's the master! So here's a video of me closing it, without warm-up, without magnesium, sitting in front of my computer:

The day before, I got the CoC #3 2005 'till 1/8 inch :mosher

btw, was it a BB Super Master or BB Super Elite?

Nice close congratulations. What were you trianing on before you got the supermaster that made that close look so easy?

CoC #2 and another #2 that is filed. And a #3 and #4 for negatives.

Congrats on the close of the BBSM! i gotta get one as i can close the #2 But not the #3....Yet! does the BBSM help alot towards closing the 3?

what does your current training routine look like? Do you keep a workout log here?

It depends, i just fool around with them. Normally my grip routine looks like this:

monday: rolling thunder (after lower body workout)

tuesday: grippers, lots of negatives and overcrushes

wednesday: off (upper body training)

thursday: grippers, lots of reps + levering

friday: sometimes pinches, sometimes supporting (static holds ...)(after lower body workout)

saturday: grippers: lot's of negatives and overcrushes

sunday: off (upper body training)

last week I hurted my back during deadlifts, so i have an off week now, but I focus on grippers atm.

monday: grippers easy

tuesday: grippers hard

wednesday: grippers easy

thursday: grippers hard

friday: grippers easy

saturday: off

sunday: grippers hard

Congrats on the close of the BBSM! i gotta get one as i can close the #2 But not the #3....Yet! does the BBSM help alot towards closing the 3?

No experience ... I haven't closed the #3 (yet ;)). But I feel that training with the BBSM will get me to my goal fast indeed.
