Tyrannosaurus Dave Posted May 22, 2002 Share Posted May 22, 2002 Hard to imagine why, but Weider used to make exercise sets with 1.5, 3, 5, 10 and 15 pound plates back in the sixties, in addition to more conventional sizes. Good luck finding any of these antiques. There are a few 7.5's available lately in the shipments of Chinese plates but don't depend on the poundage.
