Guest
I recently purchased these: They're called EZGrips. I've wanted to try them for some time now, but didn't want to spend the $40.00. I've seen them as high as $60.00. Then I found them here: for $15.00. I use them for reverse curls using an ez-curl bar (with both an EZ-curl bar and EZgrips you'd think the weight would move itself ) and behind-the-back wrist curls. I found both excercises more comfortable. In particular the reverse curls were fantastic. The EZGrips have a velcro strap that runs across the back of your hand. This requires less flexor power which normally opposes your extensors. As for the behind-the-back wrist curls - well they were different. The hand stays open during the movement and I found that I didn't need a large ROM. I really liked it. If you're not familiar with these check the link above or for a more weight-lifting perspective try here orhere.
