Kta Question

I am able to close the #2 in a MM set for a 2 reps and was just wondering for the people who have done KTA program what grippers do I need to do the program?

So far I have a #1, #2, BBSM, BBGM, BBE. I am not able to close the BBSM yet. Will the grippers that I have be enough? And for those who have done KTA what kind of progress did you have? Thx.

I am at almost the exact spot you are and I am on KTA. I just ordered the BBSM which I will be using shortly. The grippers you have there should be sufficient. The #1, #2, and BBSM will be used the most. As far as my progression goes. I started KTA barely being able to close the #1 with both hands. Now I can do a double on the #2 with the right and close it with the left with a MM set. I still have 4 weeks of this cycle left too. It's a great program. It has helped me out quite a bit.

Yes those grippers will be fine. You can use the #1 for OC's and the GM for negatives.
