He only does the vbar during contests or when I manage to see him. He does some specific grip training, but isn't really into it. Mostly strongman stuff, which he has been doing for quite a while. That's a hell of a vbar lift! Especially for a guy who doesn't train it...I should hate him but he's too nice for that. Not to mention too damn strong.
