Double Millennium deadlift?

While there may be some men who have a real

shot at deadlifting two Inch bells at the same time,

and perhaps taking a few uncertain steps forward,

is there ANYONE on this ball of sand and water who

now possesses the strength to double deadlift two

of the bells that Steve Gardener manufactures?

These trinkets weigh approx 225 pounds apiece and

have the same size handle as the Inch.

I've had no doubles this morning, only thoughts

of double deadlifts.

As Joe is aware in a few short weeks three such beasts will be landing on American shores and subject to the owner allowing it a chance for someone to attempt it will exist.

Joe, I think that for now, and indeed the forseeable future, this is a little fantastic. The Inch Dumbells are a definite possibility right now, but the Challenge 'bells? Not yet, although I hope that I am proved wrong.

It is a shame that Tom Inch is not alive today. I'm sure he would be walking those Millennium Dumbells for time in the London Marathon.

Hopefully. But just think, if I had written that in an old Health & Strength it might even now be part of the "accepted" Inch folklore!!
