Making room....

I have a pair of Olympic Dumbell handles, Close grip pulley row handle, and a plate loaded grip machine for sale. The DB handles are american made and have bearings in them so they are hard to find these days. They are 19" long and have a standard grip and sleeves 1.95 for Olympic plates. They are in great shape. These I didn't design. They don't come with collars.  The next item is a Pulley row handle I designed and built myself. It is a low row pulley handle. Very heavy duty and good for heavy back work. It has wrapped grips and is painted black.

The final item is a plate loaded grip machine. It was a prototype that I experimented with before designing the Atlas for PDA. Its a nice unit for doing reps with and negatives. It holds Standard Plates and you can get 400lbs on it if you want with 50's. It is made of wood and steel but don't let the wood fool you. I wouldn't build anything that isn't very heavy duty.

The cost is $35.00 for the DB handles. Plus actual shipping.

The pulley handle is $20.00 plus actual shipping

The Grip machine is $40.00 plus actual shipping.

If interested email at djbdagostino@aol.com and again who ever writes first gets to give them a new home.  Just let me know which piece of equipment you are interested in. Thanks.
