Still working on my pinching!

Hey fellas,

            Haven't posted for a while. For the past month all i've done with grip is: Pinchers, Plate Curls, Fingertip Pushups, Opening & Closing palm exercise.

With the pinching, i do 2 warmup sets with 10kg for about 30seconds. Then i do about 3 sets with 20kg, i get about 10seconds on the 3rd set.

Is this a good pinch routine????
