oso
Everytime I do Eric's sledge twist with my left hand (http://www.geocities.com/ltgodfrey/lever.html), i feel a pain in my upper forearm and elbow. when i do them with my right hand it feels how it normally should. Is this something that could lead into an injury? Edit: the pain only happens when i lever the sledge facing the body and try to turn upward Edited May 24, 2006 by oso

rying
This pain can happen due the stretch when the palm is facing down. Don't overstretch--go slow and focus on keeping your entire arm very tight. Squeeze the hammer hard and flex the entire upper arm when you hit the stretched position, this will help.
