My new place has a yard!!! So I have decided to do some keg lifting and some kettlebell work.

How much does a keg filled with water weigh?

Also, where is a good place to buy kettlebells and what wieght should I start at?

I am going to do these to improve grip, overall cardiovascular fitness and overhead pressing strength.

In my research I found that Gill Athletics is reputed to make kettlebells with the best combination of price / quality. The Power Max kettlebells can be found here:

I like the 20k bell I bought. Others say the Dragon Door ones are better, but they cost a lot more.
