Al Coleman
Hi everyone, I'm new here. As a general concensus, what is the best technique to use to optimize the use of the grippers? In other words, What is the best way to hold the grippers? Thanks, Al

Quick question- how do you do negatives on a wrist roller?
TelegraphKey
Instead of focusing on pulling the weight up on wrist roller, focus on restraining the weight & keeping it from reaching the ground. I've never done this, but it sounds like you'd have to use much more weight for negatives than for regulars.

Roll the weight up a few inches and hold for a specified time. Roll it up with two hands, then release one hand and hold with the other. HEAVY as you can. Couple of pics showing a supported roller. Notice the Pillow Blocks. Makes the roller smooth as silk http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?act=mod...album&album=
Joaorv
Any problem in resting the forearms on something and having the wrist roller free in the hands?
Rick Browne
Any problem in resting the forearms on something and having the wrist roller free in the hands? I do not see how you would get the same action as you would from the wrist roller being supported on it`s own.
