coc3
what would be a good warmup exercise for your wrist and hands before you start a bending workout?

Number Ten Ox
My back always cracks with my first hard bend so maybe back stretches? I also do grippers.

smp76
Best warm up in my opinion is bending some volume of stock you can get the groove of but not stress out too much. But sword play would be second for sure

FrankyBoy
For DO Bending my warmup routine looks as follows: - Bench 2x20 - BB rows 2x20 - DB Curls 2x20 all done with light weights. 1-2 easy bars (Yellow for me) 1 medium bar (G5 for me) 1 hard bar (Red for me) then maximum bending (like 6" FBBC)

Or I am just a stupid lug, I usually do a ten push ups, 60d, 5/16" timber tie, 6.5" Bastard or Red then swing for the fences. My hats off to you man. FrankyBoy
Yes, Sean. The higher warmup volume resulted from several strainments of my biceps after using the IM Pads only and going for the Red. The longer bars seemed to challenge the biceps much more in the kink phase.
