coc3 Posted April 24, 2006 Share Posted April 24, 2006 go to the ' New to bending" section in the topic title above by Eric Milfield. start with the smaller 1/4 nails mentioned in his column. make sure you do wrist exercises , after awhile you will start to feel it there in particular ( i do anyway). good luck bending!!!!!!!!
