Not only is his bending off the charts. How many 170 lbs guys do you see lifting 320lbs. stones? Not many that I know of.

Pat Povilaitis has one of the best mass/strength ratios I've seen, which allways gets my respect. Truly inspirational and just amazing. I've watched 336 Pounds of Fury about ten times now and it sure gets me fired up every time.

Pat was kind enough to mail me the two short hex pieces (5.7" & 5") & the Insane Bastard he bent. I got a pic of Pat & me at the Arnold & am going to build a frame to hold an 8X 10 & the three pieces to go on the wall of fame in my shop. I just stared at the short hex & the Insane piece probably 10 times today. Blows my mind... :rock

Pat is king....cannot imagine hitting all three pieces in one session even if I had the capability to do anything that tough.
