I just want to shake hands with people that can close #4 and lift 2 45. today i bought 2 35s to train on them. and i could hardly lift it with two hands without chalk. after i lift that thing i kept holding it for 15 seconds and let me tell you. i think i did a whole workout :ohmy . i think this is because this is my first real pinch workout. i never did this type of pinch. i want to ask should i lift this thing by two hands to trin with or use 2 25s for a long time then train on the 2 35s?

btw, which is harder to lift, the BLOB or 2 45s?

the blob isn't any harder, it's just a different kind of strength. I would suggest putting a piece of pipe through the 25's and keep adding weight.

It depends what width of pinch you are better at. Some people are good out wide, others closer in some alround pinch is good. The blob and 2 45s are very different lifts. I don't know if you can really compare the 2.
