Ggc Blob Medley Question

So you are a great Blob picker upper. You are in the GGC, and you have 7 1/2 inch hands.

You pick up the 30, put it on the platform, take it down by the face. 2 points so far.

You move to the 35, and easily pick it up and take it down. 4 points so far.

Then on the 40, you take it up, but cannot take it down by the face. You are capable of lifting a 50 by the side. What do you do? What would happen? Leave it on the stand and move to pick up the 45 and put it on the stand? Or, once you can't do any more, that is it for you?

I would seem like some guys could go through the 40 both sides and have no chance beyond that, and at the same time, there would be others that could go all the way, but for the most part, in only one direction.

It would seem to me that the hypothetical fellow I described could get 7 points, but only credited for 5. Someone weaker could get 6, just because they could manuever the 40 pounder downward. It would depend on the rules.

You can go in different orders and skip around. You do not have to load it and then immediately unload it. You can load them all and then unload the ones you can, or go in the order you suggest - which ever way gets you more points, go for it.
