royceman
So I have faithfully been working out 3 times a week for grip strength, and my strength is starting to go up. So here is how that translated to real world strength. I was at Home Depot yesterday to pick up a 4x4 to hang a heavy bag from in my garage, I decided to try to pinch grip it and pick it up, I did it much easier than I expected I would. Then I decided to clean it to my shoulder with one hand, again much easier than I expected. And while this is by no means any kind of grip feat as I was walking away I hear a loud clatter behind me, appearently a Home Depot employee had seen me do it and tried himself and obviously could not do it.........LMAO. Anyway it made me feel good to be on the right track to getting strong!

Reading over the brookfields ideas I think he may have used a pair of plyers to C&P the 4X4.
