EricMilfeld Posted April 13, 2006 Share Posted April 13, 2006 I've been traing plate pinching as long as I have grippers, which is about four years, and for the bulk of this time I've been stuck in the 190 to 195 range. But tonight I pulled a calibrated 200.40 and cleared the floor a bit with 205.24! Just thought I'd share one of my proudest moments in grip.
