Dimensions Of A York 45lb Hub

I was thinking of making a york style plate out of a regular Olympic plate.I cannot get a 45lb old style plate over here in the UK .Basically it would be just welding some metal onto the centre to create a hub. Can anyone give me some measurements so I can pass them onto the guy who is making it for me ie height of the hub etc

I HAVE TWO YORKS ONE IS 3 1/4 BY 1 INCH DEEP AND THE OTHER ONE IS 3 1/2 BY ONE INCH DEEP THE SECOND ONE IS NEWER HOPE THIS HELPS
