Rolling Thunder DL/Olympic Bar DL

As an addition to my previous post, I'm also curious about everyone else's ratio between the Rolling Thunder deadlift (one hand) and the Olympic bar deadlift (two hands).  Mine is 44% (Olympic bar deadlift in pounds*44%=Rolling Thunder deadlift in pounds).  I think this ratio is very low compared to the other posters on this board.  Please let me know either way.

And as a side note, maybe some more useful tips on how to increase my strength on the Rolling Thunder DL.  I've tried months of only timed holds, and months of only single reps for top weight.  Neither increased my base strength very much (about 5% after four months combined).  Is there a better way?  Please show me the way, or at least loan me a flashlight so I can find the way myself.  Thanks.
