If one doesn't get elected and the other does I'm sure that they'll continue to work together. My business partner and I are BOTH involved in the British and I am helping him with his novice comp later on. That my name is recognised means nowt. Ditto the GGC gang.

Besides it's 5 for the USA and they will both, unless something dramatic happens, get voted in. If they were counted as one you'd end up with 6 (or 5 + 1). The sheer size and number of likely competitors meant that the USA, as discussed, ends up with the largest group. Also if they were counted as one the two of em would have one vote.
