We have come up with something we're calling 'Strength Fest 2006'. Here is the info. Sunday April 23rd will be the date of the first Iron Sport Strength Fest. Lifting will start at 10:00AM sharp. If any of you are in the Philly area feel free to stop by and lift. Email me at steve@ironsport.com The Nowack bros will be trying it out and possibly a few other strongmen in our area. #1) Touch and Go bench press- No bench shirts allowed. Best of 3 attempts #2) Clean from floor- no straps allowed. Clean can be done in any style (hang, full or power clean) But no continental. Best of 3 attempts. #3) 18" deadlift- straps WILL be allowed for this.
