Todays workout: R L 1) 5 5 #2 2) 5 5 #2 3) 2 0 #3 ! 4) 2 0 #3 ! 5) 1 0 #3 6) 1 0 #3 7) 1 0 #3 8) Atempt #4 to 1 " 9) Atempt #4 10) Neg #4 Sets #3 and #4 I got 2 reps with my right hand on my #3. The second one on the first set,I actual pulled hard enough to have it slip off when the handles hit and grind just a bit. Then I couldn't belive I got another set of 2 the next set.
