supersqueeze
Do any of you heavy wrist curlers tape or wrap your wrists prior to really heavy work sets? I sustained a minor injury in my left wrist while wrist curling a 90 pound db a few weeks ago and was wondering if wrist support would help prevent this sort of thing. You guys who have competed - are wrist supports (tape, etc.) allowed during David Horne's comps? Are supports of any kind allowed during arm wrestling tournys? -Mike
David Horne
Mike, Nothing is allowed to be on the hand, wrist, forearm or bicep during armwrestling. The only event that I allow a wrist wrap to be used is on the weaver stick, and this in my eyes is for safety. David
