I havent done the movement in months because i have been squatting and i was wondering how the weights would compare? The leg press we have at school is at like a 45 degree angle so im not sure how that effects the weight. My squat is around 315 for one, according to the charts on the wall. What should i throw on, keeping in mind that the girls track team will be sharing the weight room with us at that point?(worth 100#s in motivation at least!)
