j.scribner Posted December 31, 2005 Share Posted December 31, 2005 I had a chance to use Stew's 10" shot-loaded kettlebell from Atomic Athlete the other night. All I can say is "Wow!" What an awesome piece of equipment, and the workout was intense. Two days later, I'm still sore in places I had forgotten about. You come dragging in KB's into our gym, and you attract a lot of attention- I don't think anybody else who tried 'em survived more than a few seconds with 'em.
