Bill Piche
Here's one. What's the most ever curled with one hand with an Inch size dumbbell handle?
paul valpreda
I'm not sure, but now I want to try this with mine! Thanks for the idea. I bet the curls will be much tougher with the thick handle.

paul valpreda
Has anyone on this board tried curling with their Inch dumbbell handle?
Clayton
Heath and I once did some concentration curls with it. About 35 for a few sets of 10 I think. Are we the default champions?
Guest omegapower
I train with my adjustable inch every curl workout(once a week). I do Isolation curls sitting down with my arm on the inside of my leg. Last workout I did 71 lbs for 10 reps(it was tough). I enjoy using the Inch for curls because it hits the biceps muscles a lot differently than a regular bar. It is kinda like a 3/4 open handed curl. Plus the extra benefit is that it pays off on grip work and training to lift the 172 lb inch. Clint Poore Philippians 4:13&
paul valpreda
I'm going to use mine this weekend for some curls. I can usually curl quite a bit of weight with a dumbbell, but I know this is a whole different beast. It will probably be a humbling experience for me!
