verdigriz Posted December 23, 2005 Share Posted December 23, 2005 In the experience of the members who have used chokes and hose clips on their grippers for a reasonable amount of time (if you leave them on for extended periods) do they season down considerably? I guess the brand of gripper obviously makes a difference, i was just wondering if there is an illusive consensus that chokes and hose clamps putting the wire in that shortened contracted position changes the strength somehow when closing it from a no set or coc set?
