Jett
Man do I love the grip, but this trainer of mine is getting pretty worn out. I can close it like its nothing, with my left i can close it 2 finger at the end of the 2 handles, and on my right i can close it 2 finger in the middle of the gripper. I can close it 50 times with my left non-stop and 60 with my right, prolly more now. Well.... what do i get now? 1 or 2? I know that maybe the 1 would be a good idea and I can do strapholds, but the 2 sounds like a better choice to me. (also, im a little low on money, so both is kinda out of the question right now.) What do you guys think?
paul valpreda
Go for the number 2! You can do heavy strapholds with the Trainer.
underdawg
why not get both? it'll definitely pay off big time in the long run
Sybersnott
Get both. You'll use the #1 to train for closing the #2.
Guest baldy
(also, im a little low on money, so both is kinda out of the question right now.) Since both is out of the question and you already have a gripper to warm up with, I agree with Paul. Get the #2, do heavy strapholds with the trainer and closes / attempts with the #2. BarBender
A makeshift gripper can be fashioned by squeezing a bent nail with pliers. The nail acts as a spring but the range of motion tends to be shallow.
