Clay Edgin Posted December 4, 2005 Share Posted December 4, 2005 Yesterday in Rio Rancho it was a nice 60 degrees with no wind. Today it is 35 and the wind chill brings it down to 23 degrees. This is evil wind that seems to cut through whatever clothing you've got on so be sure to dress in layers for the weather. I will have on a shirt, sweater, flannel, and two pairs of sweat pants today. Any more than that, and I start to look like Ralphie's little brother from A Christmas Story when his mom bundled him up. I'm hoping that we get a 60 degree day but know that 20 degrees is entirely possible on contest day. Bring gloves to keep your hands warm. The good news is that there will be two exercise bikes outside to warm up on, and a couple space heaters will be going full blast. Next year's contest is definitely happening inside!
