Bill Piche
I just got a Euro Pinch Replica setup from Scott George. http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?act=mod...cmd=si&img=3569 http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?act=mod...cmd=si&img=3568 http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?act=mod...cmd=si&img=3567 It works really well. I had a piece of 1 inch pipe for adding extra weight to two 45's for the longest time. To be honest, this was more for my two kids who I train. No use them having crap like their Dad when working their pinch. The collars are PDA's Stainless Steel Copericus GINC's on there to prevent rotation. climber511
Sweet setup. The question is - what can you lift on it?
Bill Piche
Sweet setup. The question is - what can you lift on it? ← Heck if I know. I just tested it a little with 50 added. I have heard there is some "seasoning". Plus, I won't probably be using it much. My daughter did the setup as is for reps without added weight. My son did some reps with 50 added. climber511
Wanna - seasoning is key to getting it consistant. Have them just rub chalk into it when they're sitting around until it starts holding it. It takes a while to get it prepared.
madss
That looks sweet! I hope you and your kids have a good time with it. Let us know what width you like! I also find it great your daugther works out with you guys. Hopfully you will be able to make it to GGC next year to show off your pinch strenght! Thanks Bill and happy training!
