Guest hands4god
hello everyone! i hope im doing this right and it will show up! lol any way i spent all last summer training my grip with a rubber dogy toy! it is a holow rubber toy for dogs, you can fill it with penut butter or whatnot. it is as about as thick as a thick handled dumbell. but whats nice about is that being rubber, you can sqeese it like a thick gripper. i just ordrd my CoC grippers 2 months ago. i opened the trainer,..and smashed it! i opened the #1 and did the same! and opened the two and got it about 1/2 inch fro shut. yesterday i just closed it! i will ordering the #3 soon. Guest mikebyoung
Congrats! I just closed the #2 last week myself. I know this is nothing compared to the feats alot of you vets do on a regular basis, but I was pumped! Looks like we are starting our grip training together, Hands. Good Luck,Bro. Tou
Closing the #2 might be nothing next to what David Horne, Richard Sorin, Heath Sexton and Joe oKinney do but it still gives you one of the strongest grip in town, no matter where you live. I like that sentence by Brookfield ! Seriously, I have met only one person out of over 300 (all trainers in gyms) who closed my #2. He's a non-trainer but have such brute strength that it's hard to believe. The guy deadlifts car by the front and stuff like that.

Guest hands4god
does anyone think there is benafit from closing a gripper upside down?
underdawg
sure it will aid your grip, and i don't think it's any less difficult than closing one right side up. if your goal is to get certified though you can't do it inverted, so you may want to concentrate on closing it with the spring up.
