I viewed Get A Grip last night for the first time.  This has made me realize a number of things about my training.  I am certainly LAZY :( in Kinney's terms.  I am progressing but I think I could be moving faster.

My new plan will be a Kinney type workout utilizing my grippers (including a #4), my atlas, and my "secret weapon" that my wife's father, a welder, is currently making for me.  It is a little different from Kinney's but I think it will proove itself effective.

Time will tell,

I think you will do well following Kinney's type of a workout. He exemplifies intensity! He pretty much shows everyone that they are capable of digging much deeper to reach their goals. I guess that's why he's the only one to have closed a #4.
