Rick Walker Posted April 7, 2002 Share Posted April 7, 2002 I viewed Get A Grip last night for the first time. This has made me realize a number of things about my training. I am certainly LAZY in Kinney's terms. I am progressing but I think I could be moving faster. My new plan will be a Kinney type workout utilizing my grippers (including a #4), my atlas, and my "secret weapon" that my wife's father, a welder, is currently making for me. He pretty much shows everyone that they are capable of digging much deeper to reach their goals.
