reubi Posted November 20, 2005 Share Posted November 20, 2005 Hi all, this evening I went to Jens (ouzo12 on the gripboard) to do a grip workout with the focus on bending. We tried lots of other things, too, IM Hub, IM Pinchblock, Rolling thunder, grippers, but without remarkable feats. Now to bending: After warming up, Jens bent his first Red nail, kinked it to 25 degree, rested for 10 minutes, and finished the nail Even better: after resting even more, he bent another Red in less than 4 minutes, a huge effort!!! I am sure the reds will be easy for him in a few weeks, but of course this first red nail is the one which will be remembered. By the way, when I met Jens the first time, january 2005, he tried to bend the yellow nail, and failed, today the Red, huge progress.
