CoC VS. Barbell Power Rack Static Holds.. ?

Which do you guys think is more effective for forearm hypertrophy and development? CoC static holds or barbell static holds in the power rack?

I do both and I'd say neither. There is SOME hypertprphy from static movements but I feel that one which involves a more obvious flexation is more likely to improve muscle size and development.

Probably neither. If you want your forearms to grow bigger you need to pump them. What works for me are 5+ sets of 8-12 rep wrist curls with all the weight you can handle. Big painfull pump. Do it once a week.

I do medium to high repetition wrist curls with a plate and this has added a lot of size to my forearms. I also perform the static holds, and they are great for power, but they don't really build size.
