Mitch Kirchner
Today right after a hard grip workout I see the UPS truck pull in my drive. I got the package and opened it. Before I even opened the grippers I knew I would not be able to do much because my hands and forearms were fried from my workout. So I opened the #4 first tried to squeeze it budged it probably about a 1/2 inch. Then I opened the #3 gave that a squeeze got the handles pretty close to parallel. I know I could do more with theas grippers but my hands and forearms had nothing left from that hard workout. I was thinking to my self how can anyone possibly close this thing That #4 is a bear anyone who can close that is a Grip King. Even the #3 is really hard anyone that closes that I have respect for. I'm working on the #3 now.

Mitch Kirchner
In this post you could barley budge the Trainer.....http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?showtop...=0entry197808 ← Ya that was after doing a bunch of sets on the BB grip machine. I picked up the trainer within 30 secs of my last set on the machine. I can rep the trainer 30 times at the begening of my workout.

The #2 fells like a girly gripper compared to these beastly grippers. I couln'nt imagagine someones handshake if they could close a #4. Bone Crushing! bencrush
I couln'nt imagagine someones handshake if they could close a #4. Bone Crushing! I can tell you what a #4 closer's handshake feels like...I've felt 3 of them at the BBB. Dave Morton folded my hand like I would a small child's. He wasn't even trying to crush hard. THAT'S what it's like to shake a #4 closer's hand!

Morton just about broke my hand too at the GGC when we had a handshake
Mitch Kirchner
The most I ever reped full closes the #2 is 4 times with right hand. And I still can't get the #3 handles parelell. For the guys who have close a #3 how many full reps did u have to do with the #2 before you could the #3?

For the guys who have close a #3 how many full reps did u have to do with the #2 before you could the #3? ← Mitch, it seemed to me that is was more accurate to check the #2 on how well I did with closing it with two fingers and a thumb. Once I could close the #2 for two reps (with two fingers and thumb) I could close the #3 for one rep. Dan
