I found this idea on http://www.mma.tv. Its from grandpab. It sound great. I will try it out this weekend, if I have any large pvc around!

If you've read the archived thread "strange training aids that work" you probably know that I enjoy making training aids out of whatever junk I have laying around. Several days ago I came across a 8" section of 3" PVC pipe a box of plumbing parts. Hmmm, this is about the size of a peanut butter jar. So I drilled a hole in it, knotted in a length of cord, and hooked on some weights (ala wrist roller) and tested it out. If you hold it by the ends instead of the sides it is pretty much like trying to unscrew the top of a jar except you get to do it in both directions and with both hands. Try it you might like it.
