GarytheDino Posted October 13, 2005 Share Posted October 13, 2005 I have not bent for a while. Tonight I saw Big Steve's second dvd. Well I got excited and had to bend. I tried a horseshoe and it wouldn't move. I've bent an old rusty one before but have not been able to do a new one. I bent on to bolts and ended up with a grade 8 which was my previous PR when bending on a regular basis. Now I'm excited about bending again. I've been A/W for a few months and doing tons of wrist work. It seems to help even with no bending volume. Last year at this time I thought the red nail would go done by years end. It didn't happen. How hard can it be for someone that can bend an 8 without training for. Shouldn't be hard at all. We'll see Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
