Well guys its time for me to incorporate some short bending into my strength training. I dont know much on this subject but i am aware of potential injury and strength one can gain. Id like a recomendation for the following.

1.) What kind of steel should i buy,and there lengths.

2.) How often to bend(e.g.) times per week etc.

3.) proper warm up and cool down techniques.

4.) supporting exercises that help with bending.

All input is greatly appreciated and ill keep everyone posted on my progress. Thanks

People here tend to get appreciate if you do your home work before posting :D
