Today Is My One Year Anniversary,

Recommended Posts

Well hard to believe a year has passed since becoming obsessed with this sport but it has. I have been involved for most of that year barring the 3 month absence a short while ago. So in nine months training time and now at age 50 some of the things I have done are:

See my signature!

Today after plenty of rest and knowing it was my anniversary, and having just received my new RB300N and RB330N I was stoked so I closed

My RB300N

My Elite!!!! Dream come true!!

My SE in a clamp

When I have mastered the RB300N and Elite I will, of course, provide video which will be in my gallery.

Also unofficially I have:

pinched 4-10's + 12.5 clamped

DL'd a 35 lb Blob

pinched and passed 25's quite a few times

This pleases me since I never really focused on pinch..I'm kind of a gripper only guy with other stuff thrown in occasionally just for variety.

Fully levered an 8 lb hammer to the front from the floor.

That's it!!

So if you are new or old(er) it is possible to still get stronger...especially with your hands!

As a fellow old guy (52) I can use all the inspiration I can get!! Great job, and I'll be following your progress. I can identify with your feelings of accomplishment.
