WOW!

Awsome site... and some great pics. The 345? pound farmer's hold is awsome!

Just curious... how much do you weigh and how tall? And what kind of training do you do? Obviously intense stuff, but do you do a split, or whole body, and how often? Around what kind of sets/reps do you generally use?

Once again... great pics! I love that gym

Thanks guys.  I love having my own garage gym-it has been a bit of money and taking deals anywhere I could find them (ebay!)  but it is worth it.

Map-

I am 5'9-10" about 225.

I train every day-weights 3 times a week, cardio 3-4 days consisting of walking or running 2.5 miles), and grip work 3-days.

I train heavy-right now 5 sets of 3-6 reps for the big exercises-the squats, benches, deadlifts, and militarys-followed by 3 sets of 3-6 of assistance work.  I also hammer my core (low back and abs) everytime I train.  RIght now I am in the process of trying to get my bodyfat down, my cardio up, and my muscle size up-but I am still staying in the 3-6 rep range as I find it works best for me.

When training for a powerlifting meet, I train Westside Barbell Style.
