Cannot Get The Yellow On Vid

For some reason, and this might help you like it did me, but bend over at the waist a bit when your're bending. I was bending straight up and had my elbows coming off my body at 90 degrees, almost like you are. But when I bend over it forces my elbows to come down at a 45. It was like a night and day difference for me.

Still the same problem.

Watch your vid again.

Your elbows are moving downwards when the nail is still straight.

How will you apply power onto the nails ends with your wrists bent that way??

For comparison, check that vid I made once:

Watch my right wrist. As long as the bar is straight, the wrist is straight also!!

Remember you should focus on pushing the bars ends into the bar.

The bending of the bar results autmatically from a correct hand placement and grip.

Try again, but keep your elbows up.

First the bar moves, then your elbows.

I guess thats the whole secret of the DO style.

Ok I will rest a few days and try again. my wrists hurt more from the 7 greens when I was mad then trying the yellow
