My grandfather made a living as a strongman and selling strength elixirs. My Uncle is suppose to send me all the stuff he has on him, including a pamplet he wrote on strength elixirs. So far this hasn't happened and I don't know if or when it will. Until then I am trying to gather some info. He was no Saxon so I can't find anything. I was wondering if any historian here may be able to find something on him. If anyone is interested let me know, I'll post or send what little info I have. He had his own circus he called Captain Jacks Traveling Animal Show. My uncle said in his stuff he has pictures(I've only seen one pic of him long ago) I'm hoping he gets the stuff sent soon for info.
