pdoire
Read all of this: http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?showforum=17 The Mash Monster grippers...aka MM1-5 cert grippers are owned by the Gripboard. You must close an IM #3 on video and send it in, if approved, and then you can get in-line for the climb up the MM ladder.

neno
I've read the link and from what I understand is you must close an IM #3 but what I would like to know is the #3 is rated at 280lbs, and that will get you to Mash Monster 1 what are the other four rated at? I've searched but cant seem to find the answers. neno
Vice
I've read the link and from what I understand is you must close an IM #3 but what I would like to know is the #3 is rated at 280lbs, and that will get you to Mash Monster 1 what are the other four rated at?I've searched but cant seem to find the answers. neno ← Once you can close the #3 you will be at the Mash Monster 0 level. The Mash Monster grippers are not rated by pounds but if you want to use IM's rating system it would be easy to figure out using the following info which was posted by pdoire a few days ago: .281 COC #3, Flush Mount, 2.75 width……………….....3 .281 BB Grand Master, Flush Mount, 2.75 width…..................3 .295 spring, 1/4" mount, 2.75 width MMG1 *…......3.166 .295 spring, 3/16" mount, 2.75 width MMG2 *…....3.333 .295 BB Elite, Flush Mount, 2.75 width………………….....3.4 .306 spring, 1/4" mount, 2.75 width MMG3 *…………..3.499 .306 spring, 3/16” mount, 2.75 width MMG4 *………..3.666 .306 BB Super Elite, Flush Mount, 2.75 width……………........…3.72 .312 spring, 1/4" mount, 2.75 width MMG5 *...........3.8333 .312 COC #4, Flush Mount, 2.75 width……………………….4 .312 BB Grand Elite, Flush Mount, 2.75 width……………….....…4 Assuming these numbers are accurate, you could use some simple math to determine the approx. ratings: MM1- 294 lbs. MM2- 308 lbs. MM3- 322 lbs. MM4- 337 lbs. MM5- 351 lbs. Edited September 16, 2005 by Vice
