Nathan Say
Since last friday, one of my wrists has been bugging me & it's not just soreness from working out. It hurts on the back of my hand when I extend my wrist like when I'm cleaning. Is there a way to fix it faster than just leaving it alone? Solan
Hi Nathan. It sounds like you should consentrate on turning coffee into theorems in the near time ahead, and not the least see a doctor. Complete inactivity is usually not the solution, but neither is anything that amounts to actual training. Your doctor should be able to tell you precisely which level of activiy is right for you after he has assessed your injury.
Guest Matt Brennecke
Similar question. I have a soreness in the back of my hand right in the middle, and it feels like it's inbetween the bones. It's not terrible pain, just a dull ache. I'm sure I overtrained, but what now? I iced it this morning, but should I lay off grip stuff for a while? If so how long?
