bloodlyjahk Posted September 7, 2005 Share Posted September 7, 2005 i was messing around in my backyard and i tried this thumb lever lift thing like with that ironmind thumb isolation thing they sell (i put a piece of wood over 2 other pieces stacked on eachother in a cross, put weights on one end, and tried to lift them using my thumb on the other end) anyways, right now my left thumb is really weird or something.. it seems to be able to bend back further and when i sort of bend it back with my left hand outstretched it really seems to pull into my hand. i dont know how to explain this, but like another thing, my thumb seems to be able to push into my thumbpad, and it feels alot more flexible or something. i hope u guys can kind of picture what im trying to say. it doesnt really hurt or anything, but does anyone know whats going on? thx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
