I started training on may. In those days I trained for fum but not seriously. Until two month back (july) I trained seriously and went from closing that thing from 1 inch away to 1/4 away. I was stuck there for a month then I took my dumbbells and made it thick (Wrapping many many tapes around it) and made myself a grip machine. After training with those for a week I smashed that baby beast.

I trained two to 4 times a week. You know you body more than I do, so train when you feel energized. And if you feel weak stop for two to 3 days (maximum 4 days if your that tired, except for injuries). Btw, I think one finger lifting will help. Also you can hold a plate by a dead lift position and train with it as if your training your biceps.
